These terms govern Tomryn.ai, a product of Tomryn Inc.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for keeping your account credentials secure. Two-factor authentication is required for all accounts.
Acceptable use
Don't use Tomryn.ai to mislead people about the AI nature of a teammate, to send unlawful or abusive content, or to process data you don't have the right to share. AI teammates always identify themselves as AI.
Billing and trials
Plans are billed in USD on the published price list. Tomryn Inc. confirms pricing and billing directly with you; self-serve checkout and dashboard plan changes are not currently available. You can release a teammate from your dashboard.
Availability and AI output
We work hard to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. AI teammates answer from the knowledge base you provide and escalate what they can't handle; you remain responsible for reviewing what's published to your customers.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
