Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for keeping your account credentials secure. Two-factor authentication is required for all accounts.
Acceptable use
Don't use Tomryn to mislead people about the AI nature of a teammate, to send unlawful or abusive content, or to process data you don't have the right to share. AI teammates always identify themselves as AI.
Billing and trials
Plans are billed in USD on the published price list. Trials are free for the stated period. You can change plans, release a teammate, or cancel at any time; charges already incurred aren't refunded.
Availability and AI output
We work hard to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. AI teammates answer from the knowledge base you provide and escalate what they can't handle; you remain responsible for reviewing what's published to your customers.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
