What we collect
Account details (name, email, company information), the knowledge base content you add, and the conversations your AI teammates have on your behalf. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the service secure.
How we use it
To operate your AI teammates, show you conversations and leads in your dashboard, send service and security notifications, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data, and your knowledge base is never shared with other companies or used to train models for anyone else.
Data isolation and security
Every company's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is audit-logged. Sensitive actions require two-factor verification.
Retention and your rights
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. When you delete your account, your company data is removed from active systems, apart from records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
